📦 Shipping & Signature
Every order ships with full tracking. For your protection and ours, some orders — especially higher-value ones — ship with signature confirmation required, meaning someone must be available to sign for the package at delivery. If no one is home, your carrier will hold it at your local post office for pickup.

🗂️ Everything Is Documented
For every order, we keep a complete record. Tracking numbers, delivery scans, and all customer communication are saved on file. In the event of a payment dispute, this documentation is submitted to your bank or card issuer — who decides the outcome based on the evidence.

💳 About Chargebacks
Payment disputes ("chargebacks") are reviewed by your bank using the delivery and communication records above. We are notified of every chargeback the moment it is filed — nothing goes unseen, and a dispute is never a "free" order. A dispute filed on an order that shows a tracking scan delivered to your address — or one still in transit — is very unlikely to succeed, as valid, delivered orders are not eligible for a refund through a dispute. If you'd like to return an item, please request a return instead (see below). If a dispute is filed, your complete order record — tracking, delivery confirmation, and all communication — is submitted to both your bank and our payment processor for review. Disputes that are found to be invalid are reported to our payment processor, and the account may be blocked from placing future orders. If anything is wrong with your order, please contact us first. It's faster, and we're always happy to help.
